Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS)
Our Comprehensive Community Support Service or CCSS is a case management program funded by Medicaid that serves alcohol defying community members ages 18+ in need of resources, referral services, and case management. The CCSS program is operated with the belief that with one-to-one assistance in obtaining identified needs and building on strengths, CSW's can assist in community members’ growth and success. CCSS can assist with paperwork, purchasing required documentation, help schedule appointments, and locate basic needs.
